Supply Chain Security is the department providing security solutions for High Value Theft Targeted supply chain customers. By providing Risk Advisory services, Secure Technology and 24/7 Monitoring and Response by our Control Tower we ensure the secure transport of customer’s products throughout the supply chain, from production to the final delivery point.
What you will do
We are looking to recruit a Sales & KAM Manager and will report to the Head of Secure Supply Chain business unit. You will find potential customers through networking and industry research to increase sales, recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs, describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers. This will require to maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services, establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales and use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals

Your role
- Knowledge of the supply chain security industry in Europe
- Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and use this information to promote/ execute sales
- Analyze and clarify strategic and operational goals with customers during negotiation to identify how G4S Telematix can add value to their logistic operations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to securing a deal.
- Manage your pipeline opportunities, forecasting and deal closing.
- Interact with C-level decision makers at some of the world’s largest enterprises
- You will work closely with our Marketing team and coordinate your sales effort to achieve team goals
- Account management activities: upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Build long-term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone and via yearly planned sales visits
- Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with G4S
- Actively contribute towards the optimization of the interaction between sales, operations and Business Units
- Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met
- Involve in ad-hoc team projects to address orders and revenue gaps and other business objectives
- Meet Annual Sales Targets and assigned activities (KPI)
Your background
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent (preferable in technology field)
- At least 5 years successful history in similar positions (in a B2B environment working in the security sector or supply chain)
- Strong experience leading sales cycles involving multiple-internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in consultative and value-driven Technology sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset underlined by unlimited energy
- Business fluent in written and spoken English. Any other language is a plus
