The Recruitment Services | Kariera.Group team is looking for a Residential & Commercial Access Project Business Developer on behalf of a client who operates in Home automation industry.
Mission: the Residential & Commercial Access Project Business Developer is responsible for driving business growth through the identification, development, and management of access control and security system projects for both residential and commercial clients. This role combines technical expertise in access control systems with strong business development skills to expand market presence and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and expand Residential projects portfolio through direct contacts with related project actors, specifiers & vendors in Greece
- Specify, quote & facilitate all projects in Residential & Commercial Access segments
- Project on-site visit (if & where necessary) to secure proper application of specified solutions during realization phase
- Manage Short Channel clientele directly and combine with residential activity
- Manage & develop Commercial Access clientele directly
- Animate and control the E-shop and the product offer
- Arrange & realize trainings for all related to own activity partners in Greece
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field). Master’s degree in BA or Marketing will be considered as a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, project management or a similar role will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
