Stefanidis Group of Companies., a leading group of companies in architectural glass applications, systems and accessories, for buildings and residences, is looking for an individual with a dynamic personality, strong commercial perception, and the ability to penetrate new markets, to join our Back Office Sales Support Team. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities, business and sales development with both new and existing customers.  

 Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Providing product information, clarifications on technical details, and solving issues.
• Quotation Creation: Preparing and sending quotations to customers according to their requirements.
• Order Processing: Managing orders and updating systems for their completion.
• Process Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring smooth execution of order and quotation processes.
• Providing support to Domestic and Export Sales developers.
• Communication with transportation companies: Checking transportation costs and arranging orders dispatch.

Required Qualifications:

• IEK / TEI / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Marketing, or related fields.
• Basic technical understanding of architectural products and services.
• Fluent in Greek, English and German or Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sales administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP, CRM and other tools for order management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel in Greece or abroad, supporting Sales Developers.
