Loulis Food Ingredients, the market leader in the Greek flour industry and a major producer and distributor of raw materials for bakery and pastry, is expanding its international footprint and seeking a passionate Export Sales Executive to join our team in Thessaloniki.

Export Sales Executive – Balkan Region

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and increase market penetration in the Balkan region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage daily communications with partners for order monitoring, issue resolution, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the export development plan.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end export sales process, including order tracking and logistics monitoring.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in export or domestic sales, preferably within the food industry.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital business tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Balkan region.
  • Prior experience in the bakery or pastry sector will be considered a strong advantage.
