We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Commercial Department in Athens. This pivotal role is designed for a highly motivated individual who will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and customer needs. You will provide crucial support and training to technical professionals, enabling them to apply our products effectively within their projects. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s reputation and success.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via presentations, schematics, calls, and email to resolve customer inquiries.
- Conduct daily visits to clients and partners, offering training and promoting deep product knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations that highlight product innovation and application.
- Collaborate with Product Development to design tailored product solutions that meet market demands.
- Maintain and update the sales team on competitive market insights, product developments, and trends.
- Participate actively in industry exhibitions and events, representing the company and expanding our network.
- Oversee and inspect product installations on-site to ensure quality and compliance.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to monitor and support ongoing projects within your region.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support; sales experience is a strong advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Deep understanding of the construction materials industry and market demands.
- Excellent computer skills and fluency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt technical language for diverse audiences.
- Confident in delivering engaging and informative presentations.
