We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff) about our product portfolio to offer improved treatment options to patients and consumers.

We value soft skills such as positive thinking, teamwork, a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and results-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Update and inform healthcare professionals about the company’s assigned products.
  • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions for healthcare providers.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
  • Identify and develop new accounts while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Market Analysis in the Assigned Territory:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to stay informed on market dynamics.
  • Gather and regularly report sales data, activity updates, and insights to management.

Continuing Education:

  • Stay updated on the latest research, clinical data, and product knowledge.
  • Attend industry conferences, training sessions, and workshops as needed to support professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
