Field Sales are accountable for driving sales through optimal distribution and physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations. They are responsible for driving the quality of displays, delivering excellent execution in line with perfect store ambitions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders to deliver incremental business and category growth. The candidate, reporting directly to the Area Manager, will mainly deal with the commercial management of an already assigned customer portfolio and the commercial development of the Greek market. The role is responsible for Central & South Peloponnese. Ideal location for candidates to be based: Tripoli, Kalamata, or Korinthos. Will be accountable for traditional merchandising responsibilities (distribution, display, stock management).
Key Responsibilities
- Coverage (the right level of calls with the right level of frequency)
- Range Compliance (verify the assortment available in the POS and put in place all the actions to recover the missing SKU’s
- Reduction of OOS, check the stock in the POS x each SKU, modifying (if possible) the shelf planogram to give the right space for each SKU
- Perfect Store Compliance, improving the compliance visit after visit
- Execution of Promotional Plan in store, negotiating the space for the displays and (if possible) some special deal (sending the goods directly to the store)
- Recommends set-ups and merchandising (racks, displays) and suggests/writes orders at store level.
- Collecting competitive information
- Daily collaboration with the Field Area Manager, the Key Account Manager and with the Trade Marketing / Marketing teams.
