The role focuses on presenting the company’s products and systems, drafting technical specifications, and providing technical support to large construction groups (project, design, and procurement departments), engineering and architectural firms, as well as real estate companies. The position involves building strong, long-term, trust-based relationships with these stakeholders. Additionally, the specialist may handle commercial management of key account clients, such as construction companies and their subcontractors.
Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites, engineers, architects, and technical companies to promote the company’s products through technical specifications

Draft detailed technical specifications for projects, provide technical support, and oversee each project from the design phase (from scratch)

Manage key account clients on a technical-commercial level, developing strategic relationships and long-term partnerships

Organize presentations for engineers, architects, and at construction industry events

Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitors

Propose new products in line with construction industry trends

Participate in meetings with the company’s management team to discuss strategic matters

Report to the Commercial and Technical Directors

Operate internal accounting/ERP software

Adhere to the company’s commercial policy and internal procedures
Required Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture

At least 3 years of experience in building materials or the construction industry in general

Excellent command of Greek and English

Good computer skills

Valid driver’s license
