The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detailed-oriented Inside Sales Support professional who will join the international sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting export operations, with a specific focus on French market. You will act as a bridge between the sales team, international clients, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure the completion of orders and customer satisfaction.

More Specifically:

• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients and partners.
• Coordinate and manage export orders from entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any after sales issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare offers, quotations and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
• Work closely with logistics teams to arrange transportation, track shipments, and handle any delivery-related issues.
• Support the sales team with market insights, customer feedback, and reporting on sales activities.
• Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems accurately.

What we are looking for:

• Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in export sales support or international customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of international trade practices and documentation is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
