Sales Administration Coordinator - Ref. 5924/SAC/ESS/GR
Location: Athens
Position Summary:
The Sales Administration Coordinator will be responsible for supporting commercial and customer service operations by ensuring smooth order processing, efficient communication with clients, and collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance). This role plays a key part in maintaining data quality, improving administrative procedures, and assisting in the use of tools such as SAP and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders in SAP with accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and issue quotations in collaboration with the sales team.

Monitor shipments, assist with invoicing, and handle transportation documentation.

Communicate with customers regarding order details, delivery updates, and general inquiries.

Support claim management and follow up on customer issues.

Maintain accurate customer and order data in the CRM system, ensuring data consistency.

Liaise effectively with sales, logistics, and finance departments to coordinate customer service activities.

Support marketing campaigns, sales events, and communication with clients.

Track receivables and assist in ensuring timely payments.

Provide administrative assistance for annual contracts and customer notifications.

Archive and manage customer-related business documentation.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; SAP knowledge is a strong asset.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
