We are looking for an After-Sales Manager in Greece to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with property developers:
- Requesting information about new projects;
- Updating information about properties in a
company’s database;
- Requesting and sharing up-to-date information for
publishing on a company’s website;
- Invoicing and payments control;
- Assisting clients with document preparation for applying for a Residence Permit;
- Assisting in organising biometrics for each family member;
- Organising follow-up meetings with lawyers for clients;
- Organising property viewings at the client's request;
- Organising online and offline meetings with partners/developers for Real Estate Brokers;
- Requesting missing information at the broker's request;
- Operational work (comprehensive document support: residency programs or real estate);
- Updating CRM system (amoCRM) of brokers involved in offline property viewings;
- Operational assistance on urgently arising issues related to clients;
- Making photo and video reports for clients with the current stages of the property construction;
Requirements:
- Must be well versed in the Greek market, know main property developers;
- Experience in Customer Support, After-Sales Management, Sales;
- Ability to multitask;
- Fluent English;
