Your Role
As a Commercial Unit Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for your designated unit, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of Alumil. You will take charge of managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for the commercial unit.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and oversee the commercial teams within the assigned unit.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
