Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international property markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, agents, and institutional clients
  • Execute sales strategies and close deals
  • Attend international property exhibitions and networking events
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to streamline cross-border transactions
  • Provide market insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in international real estate sales or business development (3+ years preferred)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to global business environments
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and platforms
  • Ability to travel internationally when required
