YOUR ROLE:

You will support effectively the role of the Business Development Managers by handling administrative, research, and coordination tasks to help drive sales, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

It is a supportive, detail-oriented role that drives the sales and ensures the BD team stays organized, informed, and prepared to win new business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Data Management, CRM Support and Reporting

  • Update and maintain the CRM system with client data and sales activities
  • Prepare lists of potential clients and markets to target
  • Follow up on leads or tasks, track goals, milestones, and progress
  • Generate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and KPIs

 Communication and Coordination

  • Schedule meetings and calls, manage calendars and emails for the BD manager
  • Keep records of client communications and meetings
  • Follow up with clients post-meeting to gather feedback or documents
  • Communicate with clients

 Follow-Ups and Client Support

  • Send follow-up emails after meetings or proposals.
  • Answer basic client inquiries

 Administrative Support

  • Assist in creating pricing documents professionally and ensure accuracy
  • Handle contracts, and other paperwork
  • Help with responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) or tenders
  • Help with market research for new projects requirements

 YOUR PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, supporting lead generation and client engagement
  • Confident oral communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients
  • High sense of responsibility and autonomy, ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management, request handling, priority setting, and deadline adherence
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on goal achievement
  • Problem-solving abilities, offer solutions proactively to support the business development team

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in English; Proficiency in French is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Prior experience in a sales, marketing, or business development support role
