Join Designia Insurance Team!

We are looking for a qualified and trustworthy Sales Account Manager to join our team, in order to develop our corporate clientele by building long-term relationships with clients, cross selling, up selling and overseeing B2B sales. The position is based in Thessaloniki, with responsibility for the wider Northern Greece region and regular visits to the company’s headquarters.

 Role responsibilities

  • Establish contact and develop relationships with corporate clients
  • Introduce, promote and sell insurance products and solutions that best meet clients’’ needs
  • Focus on growing and developing the existing corporate clientele along with seeking out new business development opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the point of contact for clients’ requests
  • Develop long-term and trust relationships with the clients by continually providing high-caliber customer service and support information & guidance
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities in existing clientele and new selling prospects
  • Collecting, analysing and summarizing information, preparing reports
  • Keep abreast of the latest updates in the insurance market, insurance products and solutions as well as be aware of the competition

Knowledge, skills & experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • University degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in relevant position in the insurance sector, preferably in an insurance broker
  • Experience in B2B sales and business partnering
  • Experience in team coordination will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills
  • Clear and effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Results orientation and strategic mindset
  • Passion and pure interest of the insurance sector
