The Quality Control Manager is key to for the continuous improvement and stable client deliveries in the EMEA region. By supporting on standardized ways of working across countries, consistent high-quality outputs can be secured for our manufacturer and retailer clients from the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry

  • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams
  • Verify and test changes to existing deliveries before client release
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders from the EMEA countries, as well as with partners from offshore and onshore teams for the end-to-end value stream
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to organize the work within the team
  • Collaborate actively with Operations and Technology departments to resolve process gaps and reduce process defects
  • Maintain and update Standard Operation Procedures and guidelines by staying up to date with digital transformation
  • Devising ways to improve the production process to ensure higher-quality outputs
  • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them
  • Identify any deviations from quality standards and close the gaps
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products
  • University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Quality Management or related subject
  • 1-3 years of work experience in relevant field
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written – Technical writing skills is advantageous
  • Analytical & Numerical skills
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to facilitate virtual meetings in a multi-cultural environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Project Management skills are advantageous to lead improvement initiatives and implement changes
