Job Description : Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell IT products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing sales.
• Analyze sales data and developing strategies for increasing sales.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Help develop new marketing initiatives.
• Be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online or on-site.
• Building trust between the client and the company.

Requirements

• Background in IT industry, software and/or hardware
• 2-3 years experience in Sales
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer service considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT or a related field
