Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Room Sales of hotel.
  • A clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Represent Hotels in various events, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Implements a sales action plan
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients and partners.
  • Able to provide Quick and timely responses and immediate communication.
  • Revenue optimization and support the yielding.
  • Work closely with the Management to ensure proposed rates meet the financial needs of the hotels.
  • Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand professional network
  • Optimize the revenue and Yielding
