- Responsible for the Room Sales of hotel.
- A clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Represent Hotels in various events, trade shows and exhibitions.
- Implements a sales action plan
- Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients and partners.
- Able to provide Quick and timely responses and immediate communication.
- Revenue optimization and support the yielding.
- Work closely with the Management to ensure proposed rates meet the financial needs of the hotels.
- Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand professional network
