We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, to boost our sales on B2B Services, to ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue growth.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and Κey account management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy for the Aambience Services BPO Division focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify services tailored on customer needs and promote company’s corresponding services
- Run full sales cycle from prospecting/qualifying new sales leads, preparing and delivering proposals/presentations, negotiating terms and pricing
- Contribute to building a robust Go-To-Market strategy, services features and capabilities, and post-sales commercial support
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling escalations and resolving issues effectively
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts
- Prepare sales contracts
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales and account management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Development or Sales Executive
- Track record of successful sales in B2B/ Key Account services in diverse environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, time management and planning skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
