In Evergrow S.A. we are looking for a Sales Engineer, on behalf of One Βusiness Solutions.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include prospecting, networking and presenting to potential customers. In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience in sales and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacts directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, by gathering information and analyzing the existing systems and/or processes, so as to identify opportunities.
- Develops customized solutions that align with the clients' needs and objectives, in close cooperation with the technical team.
- Conducts product demonstrations and presentations to the clients.
- Collaborates with the parties involved in order to create detailed proposals, outlining the solution, its benefits, pricing, and implementation timelines.
- Provides ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping with any technical issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiates with clients, clarifying expectations, and ensuring that both parties are aligned on the proposed solution.
- Monitors billing and settlements.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Fluency in English.
- Team spirit personality.
- Organization, prioritization, effective time management skills.
