We are seeking for a passionate and talented Sales Export Manager with a demonstrated history of working in managing foreign clients. This role will be responsible for developing a strategy for the international markets, aiming to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Export Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan according to company goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research aiming to identify business expansion opportunities in target market for sustainable growth.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Acquiring new customers in existing and new markets.
- Conducting budgets and sales forecasts.
- Monitoring KPI’s, to ensure the sales objectives achievement and preparing reports for senior management.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Participating in the new product development process, focusing on trends and opportunities that exist in the international market, as well as customer needs.
- Attending international trade exhibitions on behalf of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing international markets.
- A minimum experience of five years in managing foreign clients, ideally from the food industry.
- BSc in business administration, marketing, finance or relevant field. MBA degree will be a plus.
- Fluency in English language. Knowledge of second foreign language will be appreciated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Business acumen: Financial literacy and strong critical & strategic thinking, problem-solving and effective communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Multitasking, and enhanced time management abilities, prioritizing work based on the given deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and ability in prospecting new clients internationally.
- Must be team player and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Flexibility to travel abroad.
- Driver’s license and valid passport for traveling in and out of the EU.
