For the Exports department we are seeking for an Export Administrator.

Responsibilities:

As an Export Administrator your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and executing orders.
• Preparing all required export documentation.
• Issuing invoices and credit notes.
• Ensuring payment fulfillment according to the agreed terms.
• Organizing dispatches. Coordinating and managing freight forwarders.
• Providing excellent customer service support.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Ensuring excellent cooperation with internal involved departments and external partners for the smooth operation of the company.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks (quotations, creating sales reports, preparing samples, handling product catalogues, preparation for international exhibitions, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Ability to multitask efficient and accurate, attention to detail.
• Focusing on customer service.
• Teamwork and cooperation, organizational skills.
