We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our B2C team as part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division at the Protergia store in Thiva.

Your role will encompass:

• Providing personalized customer support
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• Understanding customers’ needs and offer the appropriate product/ service
• Keep up with sales targets of the store
• Handling complaints efficiently while maintaining customer loyalty
• Providing after-sales assistance and resolving issues
• Following up on customer requests for timely resolution
• Managing cash transactions securely
• Organizing store displays and maintaining cleanliness

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales environment
• Experience in Energy Sector is an asset
• Continuous Learning, adaptability and attention to detail
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
