Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Export Coordinator on behalf of a client -a leading supplier of tableware goods in Oinofyta region. 

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the export process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and support
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UK market, including prospecting potential clients, attending trade shows, and networking events
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and sustainable partnerships
• Coordinating all internal departments involved in creating the goods/services that are to be delivered to the customers. The internal departments are mainly the following: Quality Assurance, Logistics, Creative.
• Order processing - ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs
• Often travelling to European destination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in export coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to establish and earn personal trust from the clients
• Organizational & time management competences
