Reporting to Area Sales Manager the Sales Representative will act as an integral member of the sales team by ensuring the achievement of company’s objectives.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinates sales and promoting activities in pharmacies in allocated area to achieve plans in accordance with the company’s policy
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of traders.
- Establishes new accounts
- Planning and organizing daily work schedule and servicing existing accounts
- Identify new opportunities, investigate problems and develop solutions
- Prepare reports
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge as company’s requirements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Requirements for the role include:
- University degree
- English, fluent
- Experienced in sales ( experience in the Pharmacy sector will be consider as a plus)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
