Kariera.group is looking for a proactive and results driven French Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in French-speaking markets, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone or via email.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects in French-speaking regions.
Generate new business opportunities and manage pipelines.
Conduct cold calls to approach new prospects/accounts. Market Research to develop warm leads
Actively create new sales for products and associated services and solutions, as well as follow up on existing leads until closure.
Develop end customer knowledge, capture customer contacts in CRM, and create customer profiles.
Build customer confidence and drive sales from qualification.
Present and promote our products or services to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

Native or near-native proficiency in French.
Very good to fluent English skills.
Proven experience in telesales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales techniques.

Additional Notes:

Relocation is not provided; candidates must already be located in Athens, Greece.
Applicants must either hold an EU passport or be eligible for cooperation in Greece.
