In partnership with Nexi Payment Services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Supervisor to lead our team.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives, ensuring they achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with strategically important accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of agreed services aligned with customer needs.
• Set and monitor performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall sales strategy.
• Provide support and guidance for key issues in the post-sales phase.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• 4-6 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Previous proven working experience in the Digital Payments area is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the banking market landscape and the acquiring/payment industry.
• Analytical, proactive, and strategic thinker.
• Organized team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, determined to excel in a challenging and competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills to effectively manage the team and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Greece (Northern Greece, Peloponnese, Crete).
• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree preferably in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent command of English and Greek languages.
