Product Manager Building Materials

Viopol aims to strengthen the Commercial Team as to further develop our sales in the Construction Sector and are seeking to hire a competent and highly motivated Product Manager Building Materials - Construction Sector.

Reports to the Commercial Director

Main duties include:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop beneficial relationships mainly with Construction companies to achieve long-term success in this sector.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers to promote products using relevant material developed by the Commercial and R&D / Technical team.
• Study clients’ technical requirements by submitting their requests to the Technical Team, follow up to finalize the proposal to be submitted to the client as per the required specifications.
• Proactively approach existing and potential clients and stay up to date of all announced tenders & new projects related to the industry.
• Prepare regular sales reports to present progress vs. plans and share market information with Commercial Team to support decision making.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
• Generate new business in the Construction Sector and suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth

Qualification:

• Studies in Engineering, Architecture or relevant field
• Proven and hands on sales work experience of 6 years in the construction sector (building materials)
• Very good knowledge of English oral and written
• Computer literate and familiar with ERP systems
