Account Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
  • Handle escalations and resolve conflicts with clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics, and implement strategies to improve retention and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (ortional) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Good knowledge of  ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Business trips held by company
