- B2B sales targeting exclusively foreign clients (Pre-sales, sales, after-sales).
- Identify new markets so as to develop a new client base. Creation of New Business targeting list.
- Set sales targets in collaboration with the Export Sales Manager.
- Networking for the increase of sales leads.
- Competition research to identify potential threads and opportunities.
- Collection of insights and info for our market (prices, specifications, quality standards etc.) for new product development.
- Active presence in international exhibitions to promote sales.
- Contribution to the implementation of our participation in international exhibitions in collaboration with the other departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in order to identify immediate and impending customer needs. Monitor clients' performance and assess their sales results.
- Input of the communication and related competition info to our CRM software.
- Preparation of reports according to our KPIs.
- Providing after-sales support to customers with information and training materials for the products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a B2B department of international sales
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, dynamism, team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of English language and commercial correspondence
- Computer literacy (MS Office) & ease of use of CRM/ERP
- Ability to travel
- Fulfilled military obligations
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
- Customer oriented while paying attention to detail.
- A team player willing to improve and acquire knowledge.
- Fluency in any other second foreign language, experience as account manager or in a well-structured B2B client service & experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales will be considered a plus
