Kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Sales Administrator, on behalf of a client - a company that operates in the industry of production & commerce of baked goods.

The successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for Supporting the Business Development Team to deliver the key objectives of the corporation by ensuring that the voice of the company is consistent and clear across different stakeholders, internally and externally and in various platforms.

Responsibilities: 

  • Update existing content in the company’s website, intranet and Social Media
  • Support Marketing projects and promotional Campaigns for Sales Team, liaise with all external and internal stakeholders for the completion of the projects/promotions and respective timetable
  • Assist in the execution of Marketing activities
  • Update Marketing statistics reports
  • Maintain the content of CRM and Pitcher (Sales Tools)
  • Maintain and update recipes library provided by Technical Advisor Team in Sales Digital Tool
  • Provide support for digital tools, apps and platforms in Sales Team
  • Assist in the Sales meeting coordination, in preparing presentations etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing)
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C (support in Trade Marketing, Sales and/or Marketing Key Account Management)
  • Robust communication and interpersonal skills to establish connections with various stakeholders within the company, internally and externally
  • Strong numerical skills (interpretation, consolidation and synthesis)
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Office and other systems, Sales Digital platforms, CRM, E-commerce, and website
  • Deep sales understanding, passion for excellence, marketing and sales
  • Great business understanding
  • Excellent use of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Team player and supportive
