Sales Agent
Location: Lardos, South Rhodes

What to expect
The successful candidate will support the sales team in the daily operation, to identify and realise Corporate Sales Opportunities to achieve revenue and market share targets. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.
Primary responsibilities
- Administration / Support to the Sales Manager and the Sales Director
- Occupancy/ Revenue Analysis (regular and ad-hoc reporting)
- Tour Operators Yield Actions’ administration
- Regular communication with reservation and hotel teams in order to be updated on developments
- Market and competition research, price analyzing and reporting
- Support in various e-commerce duties.
- Support / Administration to the Sales Director and Sales Manager during contracting
- Company business support (responses to Sales Department correspondences and phone calls, group quotation replies and follow ups)
- Attend and support educational hotel visits
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Archive and filing of all the sales related records
- Other sales related activity as per the company’s requirements
Necessary qualifications & skills
- Higher Education Degree
- Full knowledge of English and German language (knowledge of additional language will be appreciated).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience as sales agent or relevant role
- Organizational Skills
