Job Summary:

The Junior Product Manager holds a pivotal position in facilitating the seamless management of product development and assisting the product management team. This role demands adept organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical and marketing argumentation of the company's products to support the sales force
• Conduct technical training to the sales force
• Offer continuous feedback to ATC and coach the sales force; follow up on field results
• Create and deliver presentations to the stakeholders, related to our products
• Follow the market and know the company's product positioning
• Analyze the evolution of competitor products' price in the market 

Qualifications and Skills:

• BSc in Agriculture/ Biology/ Veterinary or related field
• Excellent command of the English language. French language is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong Organisation and Time management skills
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Autonomy and problem-solving abilities 
• Possibility of travelling 2-3 times/week
