kariera.Group is looking for an energetic, motivated, Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Thinking strategically to create solutions that provide value to clients' bottom line
  • Actively create new business, by creating interest with new potential customers and early engagement with customers
  • Boost customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
  • Own the pipeline management & forecast for your own set of accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities

 

Job Requirements and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven working experience in relevant field for 2 years (at least) 
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Monitored outbound sales calls per day
  • Arrange sales appointments over the phone or virtually
  • Identify key decision makers inside companies
  • Research client's information f.e. industry, number of employees, needs etc
