FDL Group Commercial Business Unit is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude to join the Demand planning & Customer Service Department. You will contribute to the implementation of the supply chain activities for our commercial business unit for key FMCG brands such as Haagen Dazs, Nature Valley, Milka, Cadbury, Old El Paso, Dr. Oetker, Diadermine.

Junior Demand Planner

The role reports to Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and generate the statistical forecast (weekly / monthly) based on historical sales, activation, market trends, seasonality, and inventory target levels.
• Organize and coordinate ordering with brand owners customer service and booking to ensure on time loading from the plant and on time delivery to our warehouse.
• Ensure forecast accuracy
• Make recommended adjustments to forecast and manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels).
• Make recommended SKU rationalization proposals.
• Coordinate promo SKUs, repackaging  - stickering process and materials planning process
• Support Customers’ Sales Orders
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams

Required Experience

• Bachelor degree
• 2-3 years experience in Demand Planning - Customer Service and/or Logistics
• Customer Service orientation
• Passion & Integrity
• Analytical mind, with attention to details and accuracy
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Greek language
