Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and the qualities we're seeking:

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying incoming leads and initiating meaningful conversations.
• Conducting sales calls with prospective clients interested in our services.
• Providing attentive follow-up care to our patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Offering support to clients during their visits to the clinic.
• Follow up on your patients: nurturing, second call, post-operative follow-up call.
• Participating in consultation days to assist potential clients.

Qualities and Skills Required:

• French language: Impeccable spelling & grammar
• Proficiency in English
• Warm and welcoming attitude, genuinely interested in assisting others
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Strong sense of empathy and ability to listen actively.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ambition to grow professionally and take on new challenges.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, particularly in phone-based sales.
• Personal experience with hair loss or a desire to make a positive impact in this field.
