TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join our Dry Mortars team in Patras. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical support and solutions, and promoting our products and services within Peloponnese, Ionian Islands & Epirus.

 

Main Accountabilities

  • Provide technical solutions for dry mortar-related issues, including setting and monitoring quality control parameters
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers and pivotal prospects, recommending high-quality solutions
  • Manage inquiries, and address concerns about product quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivery terms in collaboration with the Sales team
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and responsiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of dry mortar products, initiating corrective measures to address any deviations
  • Develop and implement support measures for final products and production procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the guidelines of Concrete Technology Regulation and European Regulations for cement and concrete
  • Analyze industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential improvements and opportunities for new products and solutions
  • Report on market activity, including project involvement, market penetration, and product distribution
  • Engage in regular travel across the designated areas to meet with clients and stakeholders

 

 Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the dry mortar industry or relevant construction fields
  • Familiarity with dry mortar application, preservation, and finishing practices
  • Knowledge of dry mortar testing and quality control measures
  • Competent in addressing and rectifying field-related problems, with a keen eye for technical and customer service issues
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate positively with both internal and external parties
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
