The Itinerant Visual Merchandiser is responsible for organizing the layout of the stores in his/her area of reference and, specifically, supervises the product display cycle, and organizes the display spaces in order to consolidate brand awareness, while identifying the merchandising flow and applying the brand's visual guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Apply and implement visual merchandising strategies according to brand standards, ensuring they are always implemented and maintained
• Proactively identify merchandising flow, organizing visual presentation accordingly for all categories
• Collaborate with Store Managers, in-store visuals and other managers in order to identify the commercial actions to be implemented with the whole team

What we are looking for:

• Professional experience of at least 2-3 years as a Visual Merchandiser in the retail sector, preferably in structured companies and in large stores
• Ability to effectively delegate, follow-up and communicate with all levels of the company
• Consolidated knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and short & long-term planning skills
• Fluency in use of English is a prerequisite for direct contact with the Brand (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus)
