REGIONAL RETAIL SALES MANAGER

Anthologist is seeking a regional retail sales manager to oversee its two shops in Paros.

Anthologist’s flagship Parian retail store is located in the lobby of the new Cosme Hotel Paros and features our entire line of home, decorative arts, jewelry, and fashion accessories, resort wear and an international array of pieces sourced from our founder world travels. The brand’s second shop is located inside Parilio Hotel Paros.

Position Summary
Responsible for the overall management of the shops profitability, brand recognition, superior customer service and customer database building and development. You will be working closely with Anthologist’s Director of Sales & Marketing and Operations Director, and occasionally our Creative Director.
SALES
· Represents the Anthologist brand inside and outside of the store
· To understand the particularity of the store environment (location) and to suggest
action plan accordingly
· Review hotel occupancies and source of business reports to suggest various stock and merchandising changes, as well as promotions
· Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
· Ensure interior of the stores is maintained to Anthologist standards
· Analyze store performance and propose actions needed to executive team
· Manage local events as planned
· Maintain stock management including stock rotation, monitor stock level and
identify fast and slow sellers, followed by recommendation of appropriate actions and report this to Operations Director
· Ensure store operation according to predefined SOP
· Ensure store operating policies and procedures comply with hotel policies
· Work with Athens and US team for monthly report and analysis: sales, competitor sales analysis, marketing collateral needs, etc.
· Content (images and stories) for social media
WHO YOU ARE
· A professional with a cross-cultural, democratic, egalitarian mindset
· Someone who has worked in retail or art and design or studied similar topics, as well as potentially worked in a hotel
· A person able to settle differences with minimum noise and can win concessions without damaging relationships
· Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
· Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
· A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· A good communicator, able to multitask, to lead and manage projects on own
initiative
· Autonomous with good analytical skills
· Computer savvy (including Word, PPT, Excel and all social platforms)
· You have your own car or transportation
· Fluent in English is required. Greek and other languages a plus.
