Retail & Gift Shop Associate

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, sales experience and demonstrated ability to be reliable and punctual. We are looking for a hard-working, capable of relationship building and product knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions regarding merchandise by providing information about product choices, uses, features, and pricing.
• Process customer transactions and manage a cash drawer.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
• Keep the store sanitary, neat, stocked, and organised.
• Forecast, restock items as necessary based on demand and maintain the visual appearance of merchandise displays.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
• Excellent command of Greek & English.
• PC literate.
• An outgoing personality & passion for exceptional service.
• Availability and flexibility to workdays, weekends, as needed to support the organisation.
