Optimal, on behalf of its client, an Italian luxury fashion company, is looking to recruit a Client Advisor for its store in Mykonos (fixed-term contract).
The candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding customers’ expectations.
• Consistently achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
• Serving as an ambassador for the company.
• Discussing with clients and giving advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
• Maintaining security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandisers.
• Contributing to the daily operations of the store.
• At least one (1) year of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong organization skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Fluency in English
