We are looking for a charming, confident, sophisticated and internationally-minded individual who knows how to exceed guest expectations.

As a Club InterContinental Agent, you will deliver personalized and elevated guest experiences to our most valued guests. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards within the Club InterContinental Lounge, creating a seamless, comfortable and memorable stay through attention to detail and proactive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks and other related front desk agent duties as required by the hotel.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to Club InterContinental guests throughout their stay
• Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all Club InterContinental standards and service procedures are consistently followed

The ideal candidate should be:

• Friendly and have a polite personality.
• Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs.
• With good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments.
• Team player able to follow procedures and work independently
• Detail oriented.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
• Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated.
• Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position.
• Experience in a Food & Beverage position would be an asset.
• Fully computer literate ("Opera" experience required).
• Flexibility in working shifts.
