FOR PERSONAL CARE BUSINESS UNIT :

COSMETICS BRAND MANAGER

(Based in Kifissia Premises)

The job holder reports to the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures efficient and on-time implementation of Marketing Strategy for the Brand.
• Develops and manages the budget of all ATL & BTL activities ensuring they are within budget.
• Plans and ensures the optimum scheduling and implementation of promotional activities.
• Manages the planning and forecasting for the Brand’s catalog products and new launches, ensuring sales targets are met with the optimal product mix.
• Develops pricing and marketing strategy and cooperates with the Management Team to deliver excellence in applying the brand’s specifications at the point of sale, ensuring the Brand’s luxury image.

Skills & Requirements:

• At least 4 years of related professional experience with emphasis on Product Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business or related field (MSc in Marketing or related field will be considered an asset).
• Analyze problems timely and effectively.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
• High level of market awareness and fashion trends.
• Highly proficient in English language.
• High proficiency in MS Excel (excellent use of tables and functions for dynamic data collection/comparison/processing), good use of MS Office, Outlook.
