MAYESSA is a new luxury women’s footwear brand launching its flagship boutique in Glyfada, Athens Riviera. Our collections feature international designer brands, offering a refined, fashion-forward experience to confident women who value craftsmanship, individuality, and elegance.
We are building a premium retail environment where exceptional service, personal styling, and meaningful client relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
We are currently looking for Client Advisors to join our founding retail team.
Role Overview
As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador for MAYESSA, delivering a personalized, high-touch luxury experience to every client. You will guide customers through collections, styling choices, and fit while building lasting relationships and contributing to store performance.
This role blends sales excellence with genuine hospitality and fashion sensibility.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury retail standards
- Build long-term client relationships through attentive consultation and follow-up
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide expert advice on fit, styling, and product selection
- Promote MAYESSA’s loyalty program and omnichannel services (store, e-shop, etc.)
Store Operations
- Handle POS transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges)
- Support visual merchandising standards and product presentation
- Maintain impeccable store appearance at all times
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory organization, and deliveries
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Clienteling & CRM
- Capture client preferences and contact details in CRM system
- Follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, special events, and appointments
- Support private shopping sessions and VIP experiences
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, or premium customer service (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Natural ability to connect with people and understand client needs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
Desired
- Experience in luxury brands, footwear, or accessories
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory processes
- Additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French or Italian) are a plus
