💼 Your everyday work-life

• AI & Business Translation: Translate business objectives into clear AI use cases, functional requirements, and KPIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and drive adoption of AI solutions
• Data Preparation & Analysis: Collect, clean, validate, and transform structured and unstructured data to support analytical and modeling tasks
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and surface initial insights for senior team members
• Model Development Support: Assist in building, testing, and evaluating statistical and machine learning models under the guidance of Senior Data Scientists
• Insight Generation: Translate analytical results into clear insights, visualizations, and summaries for business stakeholders
• Business Understanding: Develop an understanding of business processes, KPIs, and data sources across business units
• Documentation: Document data sources, analysis steps, assumptions, and model outputs to ensure transparency and reproducibility

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• 1-2 years of experience (academic or professional) working on AI or data science use cases, from problem definition to insight delivery
• Background in Statistics, Econometrics or Quantitative Analysis
• Familiarity with Python & Basic SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Ability to communicate analytical and AI concepts in clear, non-technical language
• Interest in applied AI, GenAI, and real-world business impact
• Familiarity with defining simple KPIs to measure model or AI solution impact
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn Agile / Scrum ways of working
