We are  looking for a  full-time on-site role Sales Associate to join our team in our Antiparos Shop. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing excellent sales and customer service. Knowledge of merchandise, responsive and recommending information and options on the products, various enquiries, and pricing.
• Process customer transactions service from start to finish assuring the customers best care.
• Provide excellent customer service. The shop holds many hi-end brands and customers expect to be served at according level.
• Maintain the visual appearance of merchandise displays and present the product according to brand guidelines. Make sure that the shop is clean, well-stocked and left in excellent condition for your colleague.
• Storage organising skills and full knowledge and stock management.
• Forecast stock needs with meaningful communication to the store owner.

Other items apart from fine jewellery are sold such as ceramics, furniture, design objects, artwork and more, there’s a broad view on decorative items displayed within the space.

SKILLS

• Experience in retail and knowledge of jewellery and luxury retail are a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English both verbal and written. Extra languages are valued.
• We are looking for a sales person with a good taste in aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills excel, word.
• Hard working & good work ethics, excellent communication skills and a spirit for team work are all essential. The summer season is very busy so patience and stamina are a must.
