We are seeking a Store Manager for the Orlebar Brown Boutique in Mykonos, reporting to the Retail Manager. This role is pivotal in driving sales and managing store operations while embodying the luxury brand's image.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Generate Sales:
• Optimize sales strategies to attract new customers through effective public relations and superior customer service.
• Maintain high standards of in-store merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
• Regularly monitor sales reports and inventory needs to ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate in-store and promotional events to boost visibility and engagement.

Team Management

• Optimize Staff Competencies:
• Lead and develop the boutique team to drive business growth.
• Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Manage, coach, and train staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Store Management

• Financial Goals:
• Meet financial sales targets and budgetary goals.
• Control invoices, prepare end-of-month reports, oversee daily deposits, and manage petty cash.
• Collaborate closely with the retail manager on annual sales strategies and promotional events.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the luxury fashion industry and a desire to contribute significantly to a prestigious high-end fashion store.
