Store Manager – Luxury Women’s Footwear Boutique (Glyfada, Athens)

About the role

A new premium women’s footwear & accessories boutique in Glyfada is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience across three retail levels. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with a genuine passion for fashion and customer service.​

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the store (staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, sales targets).​
• Recruit, train and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent service and achieve KPIs.​
• Provide a high‑end, personalized shopping experience to local and international clientele.​
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, average basket and other key retail metrics, proposing actions to drive results.​
• Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation and overall store image in line with the brand.​
• Coordinate deliveries, stockroom organization and stock accuracy, in collaboration with the e‑shop and warehouse team located on the 1st floor.​

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fashion/footwear retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant store manager role.​
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving sales in a premium or luxury environment.​
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build long‑term client relationships.​
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and good command of English.​
• Comfortable working with POS systems and basic retail reporting tools (e.g. Excel/ERP).​
• Hands‑on, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.​
