ΛιανεμπόριοBack Office Buying Department – Key Responsibilities
- Support daily purchasing operations, including data entry, order processing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information and contract details.
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Import) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports according to department’s needs.
- Assist in sourcing activities, market research and supplier evaluations.
- Manage filing systems, digital archives and procurement databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and department’s procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Navision).
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
- Previous experience in fashion industry.
