Athenian Mattress Company is currently in search of a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Media Strom marketing team at Markopoulo Attica.

Role Purpose
As a Senior Product Manager for Media Strom, you will be responsible for leading product management projects and marketing product strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- The full go-to-market lifecycle for new sleep solutions—from insight to launch, to performance optimization.
- Development and execution of integrated marketing strategies.
- New product development, from planning to inter - departmental coordination, to in store implementation.
- Strategic commercial planning, including pricing, positioning, and promotional investments.
- Continuous analysis of category, competitor, and product performance.
- Effective analysis and presentation of strategies and metrics.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations and external partners.
- Leadership in driving results and elevating marketing maturity.
Skills Required
- Data driven instincts, see beyond vanity metrics, uncover insights forecast with precision and make data led decisions that drive profitable growth.
- P&L ownership, built business cases, defended budgets, and can tie every marketing activity to real revenue.
- Strategic clarity, assess market dynamics, seize growth opportunities, and shape product roadmaps that win.
- Creative leadership, brief agencies, shape stories, and steer 360° campaigns across TV, digital, influencer, and retail channels.
- Commercial fluency, speak the language of commerce.
- MSc or MBA in Marketing, Product management, or a related field is desired.
- Senior experience of 10+ years in marketing, brand & product management with a proven record in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proficient in using software like MS Office, ERP, CRM and AI tools.
- Very good knowledge of English.
